FAQ + Returns
We gladly accept returns within 15 days of package delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. We also gladly accept swimwear back for a one time size exchange that are postmarked within 15 days of when the tracking says that your package was delivered (as long as we have the new size in stock). No returns or exchanges will be issued after 15 days. All items must be returned unworn and unused except for trying the items on, in their original condition, with the original tag and liner still attached, and free of damages, stains, and odors. A one-time exchange shipping within the continental US is free for a swimsuit size exchange. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Please e-mail us at hello@siena-co.com with your order number to initiate a return or exchange.
At checkout, we will provide you with the shipping cost for your order. Orders typically ship within 3 business days.
Once shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email with a tracking number.

We aim to put the dignity of each person first and foremost. From the garment workers who sew the product, to the models in our campaigns, to our valued customers. Our team at Siena and Co. adhere to the ethical working standards set by the Ethical Trading Initiative:

We have found not all swimwear materials and trims are made in the US, in a factory we can visit to audit their practices. Therefore, we commit to researching new products and partnerships periodically to fill the gaps that do not fall into these above categories.

Our Retro Collection swimwear fabric is made in Italy, of post-consumer waste, including old fish nets recovered from the ocean, and you can learn more at carvico.com. Fiber Content: 78% Recycled Nylon, 22% Spandex
Recommended Care: Hand or machine wash cold with similar colors, hang to dry.
