FAQ + Returns

Pre-orders placed through the Kickstarter Campaign or on this website:
We are unable to accept returns of items pre-ordered through the Kickstarter Campaign or this website. However, we gladly accept items back for a one-time size exchange (if we have the new size in stock) that are postmarked within 15 days of when the tracking says that your package was delivered. No exchanges will be honored after 15 days. All items must be returned unworn except for trying the items on, in their original condition, with the original tag and liner still attached, and free of damages, stains, and odors. Exchange shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please e-mail us at hello@siena-co.com to initiate an exchange.

We are currently in the production process, and all orders placed are considered "pre-order" until otherwise stated.
Your card will be charged now but we are in the process of having these styles produced, and the anticipated shipment time is January 2022, although it could be earlier or later depending on the speed of acquiring materials and labor, the pandemic, etc.*
Please email us at hello@siena-co.com with any questions.
